Pavel is a Principal at the EBRD focusing on VC investments across the EBRD region. Previously, he was an EBRD economist developing investment strategies and assessing impact. Prior to EBRD, Pavel was a management consultant at Deloitte, conducting commercial due diligence for PE funds and strategy development in CEE. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from CERGE-EI, and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
