Prof. Marek Belka – economist with academic, governmental, and international experience. Affiliated with universities in Poland and abroad. Served as Deputy PM, Finance Minister, and Prime Minister. Led economic policy in Iraq, worked at UN, and IMF. Former President of Poland's National Bank and MEP. Now chairs the Audit Board of the Instrument for Ukraine, overseeing financial support for Ukraine's reconstruction.
